Frequently Asked

How long is the membership?

Plans run for a 12-month term, and your price is locked for that term. After the first year, monthly plans continue month to month, and prepaid plans renew yearly. Paying for the year up front saves 5% and waives the $149 baseline assessment on Cornerstone and Keystone.

What if my home is larger than the plan's size limit?

Cornerstone covers homes up to 3,500 sq ft, Keystone up to 5,000 and Summit Estate up to 8,000. Larger homes add $20/mo per extra 1,000 sq ft on Cornerstone and Keystone, or $100/mo per extra 1,000 sq ft on Summit Estate.

Homes over 10,000 sq ft, or properties with a guest house or ADU, get a custom quote.

Do you serve Park City and Summit County?

Yes. Cornerstone and Keystone homes in Summit County add a $25/mo travel charge. Summit Estate was designed with Park City and Deer Valley second homes in mind, and we're building our Summit County route now, so give us a call to confirm availability and any travel pricing for your home.

What happens to visits or hours I don't use?

Included to-do list hours can roll over one quarter within your term, then expire. Seasonal services are scheduled by us, and if one is declined or skipped there's no refund or credit.

On Summit Estate, home-watch visits paused while you're in residence become banked credits you can use as extra, arrival or departure visits within the same term. Banked visits have no cash value and expire at renewal.

Are parts and repairs included?

Parts, fixtures and appliances aren't included, and repairs beyond your included time are billed at your member labor rate with no trip fee. Work that needs a specialty license, like electrical, plumbing or HVAC repair, is handled by licensed partners at member pricing.

How do emergencies work?

Every member can reach us 24/7 at 435-610-6937. Response times are targets, not guarantees, and depend on weather and access. After-hours labor is billed at 1.5× your member rate, and Summit Estate members have after-hours call-out fees waived twice a year.

Do you handle rentals or tenants?

No. This is residential property maintenance: hands-on care and upkeep of your home by a licensed & insured contractor. We don't offer leasing, tenant, rent collection or rental management services.
